The plan is to construct and operate 20 community centers before 2030, with the 1st being operational before Jan.1st 2020; in small and remote communities with population not exceeding 20,000. Superior quality material, workmanship and equipment will be used in construction of the centers to ensure the longevity of the building outlast generations.
Components of Comunnity Centers:

A gymnasium, to hold various sport activities, exercise classes, and special activities for pre-school and schools kids. |

Change room and locker facilities for male and female. |

A good size kitchen and sub dividable offices complete with related audio/video equipment for educational and training purposes; and to hold ladies fitness and Yoga classes. |

The gymnasium will also be equipped with a stage at one end complete with sound system and the acoustics to hold school concerts and plays; and to show movies regularly. The gymnasium will have sitting capacity for 500 people. |

Living quarters for resident staff & care taker. |

A retail section, to operate a gift shop/coffee shop combination, as a source of revenue to support the community center and to show case and market locally produced products. |
Community Center Locations
The community center locations, geographically, be spread fairly evenly throughout Iran with special considerations given to locations economically more depressed.
Should any individuals or corporate entities making a donation in excess of $250,000, they will be given the option to select their own location, and naming the center in their honor.
