ACE cc, Athletic, Cultural and Entrepreneurial Community Centers, is a non-profit organization, incorporated in the province of British Columbia; Canada.
ACE cc offers a comprehensive program in sport, fitness, educational, and cultural training aimed at enhancing quality of life, wellbeing, and welfare of people in needy communities. Most of the programs offered are free of charge, or at a nominal fees to cover the operating expenses of the centers. The community centers also offer a healthy and inviting environment for the community to come together to exercise, play games and learn about topics of their interest; to lift the community spirit and to enhance cooperation, caring and team work within the communities.
Another primary aspect of ACE program its job creation program and enhancement of the local economy; to make small communities, economically and culturally more vibrant place to live.
Each community center is 2000 to 2400 SQ Meter, consisting of multi-functional gymnasium with performance stage at one end, male & female shower facilities, sub-dividable offices/conference rooms, retail section and staff residences, and at an approximate cost of $500,000 per center. To employ and enhance the spirit of team work and cooperation, and to resurrect the eroding sense of compassion, humanity, and caring in people. | |
To enable individuals to use their creativity and energy to rejuvenate themselves and to be better equipped to challenges and opportunities around them, | |
To create awareness to world of opportunities; and to inspire people to have dreams and empower them to pursue their dreams. | |
To improve the quality of life; health and wellbeing in remote communities; particularly for women, children and elders. |
The Objective: |
To establish 20 ACE Community Centers by the year 2030; with the 1st center being operational by Dec. 31st 2020; | |
To Create 650 – 800 jobs by Dec. 31 2020; and a minimum of 250 – 500 jobs thereafter annually by empowering entrepreneurs to form new companies. | |
To ensure each community center generates positive cash flow within 2 years of its operation. | |
To use superior construction technology and premium quality material for the longevity of the Centers to outlive generations. | |
To ensure minimum 90% of the Community Center program capacities are utilized within 2 years of their operation. | |
To promote establishment of ACE community centers concept throughout the world, especially in the war torn countries of Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria. |
